Bookings:
It is recommended to make the reservations of the center in advance. Treatments can be purchased individually, in packs or on gift cards.
In the case of gift vouchers from Kainis rituals or collaborating companies, you must give us the identification codes of your pack at the time of booking.
Puntuality:
If you are going to have a treatment, arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. This will allow you to fill in your customer file, medical and contact information.
Arriving in advance will also allow you to prepare for your treatment, relax and enjoy the facilities.
Bonuses and gift cards:
If you are the holder of a Kainis rituals voucher or gift card or of any collaborating company, it is essential to present the gift card at the center as a method of payment for treatment.
If your voucher or gift card is invalid or expired, it will not be possible to receive the service.
In the event of loss or theft, the card will be invalid.
Required age:
Minors are accepted at the center provided that they have the consent of the parents.
Healthy conditions:
Please notify us of your health condition, allergies or injuries that may affect the treatment when you make your reservation. Kainis rituals will not be responsible for accidents or injuries suffered by the client prior to treatment.
Pregnancy:
We have special treatments for future moms. Please inform the center of your state and let us advise you on the most advisable therapies during this special moment.
Can you talk
We recommend letting the therapist know your treatment preferences, the areas of the body that require the most attention, or if the temperature of the room or the volume of the music is adequate.
To fully enjoy the treatment, it is preferable not to have a conversation with the therapist for greater relaxation.
Mobile phone:
The center environment is created to reduce stress, so mute your phone before entering the center. Remember that you are doing something very beneficial for your mind and body.
What clothes to wear:
The center provides you with towels, clothes and disposable underwear during your stay. Some treatments can be done totally or partially dressed, but others must be received only with underwear. Therapists are professionally prepared to treat the body, but some areas of the body are not treated.
Shopping in the center:
To continue the wellness experience at home, all the products used in the Kainis rituals treatments are available in our center.
Return policy:
Returns are not accepted on Kainis rituals vouchers or gift cards, but they can be exchanged for another treatment of equal or lesser amount.
Unopened products can be exchanged within fifteen days of purchase. In no case will the money be returned in cash.
Reservations in joint room:
For joint room reservations it will be necessary:
Book in advance the treatment as a couple, that the contracted treatment has a minimum duration of 45 minutes in direct reservations in the center or with ritual Kainis Cards.
That the treatment has a minimum duration of 60 minutes in Gift Vouchers from external companies.
For reservations of interior times, it will be possible to carry out the service in a joint room as long as the joint room is available.
Cancellation policy:
As the treatment you have selected is specially reserved for you, cancel at least twenty-four hours in advance.
Reservations can be considered canceled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without having previously notified the reception of the center and it gives you a compliance.
In the case of vouchers and gift vouchers from the center and collaborating companies, these will be considered consumed if the reservation is canceled or modified outside the established period. In the case of delays, the time will be subtracted from the treatment.
Payment methods:
Kainis rituals accepts cash payments and most major credit cards.

El centro no se hace responsable de cualquier objeto perdido o sustraído en sus instalaciones.

Kainis rituals se reserva el Derecho de Admisión a toda persona que infrinja los derechos fundamentales de los trabajadores y/o clientes del centro. Así como aquellas personas que manifiesten actitudes violentas o agresivas.
Kainis rituals es un centro de servicios únicamente dedicado al cuidado, la belleza y la salud de sus clientes. Con lo cual se reserva el Derecho de Admisión a todo cliente que muestre actitudes de carácter sexual hacia los trabajadores del centro.

En cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en la ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de protección de datos de carácter personal.
